I think it’s official
Food is what makes me sleepy in the afternoon.
Lately I have been having relatively light lunches (salads, one slice of pizza, turkey sandwiches), and have remained awake and alert throughout the day. Today I treated myself to a burrito, and I’m about ready to pass out.
This worries me because I’m pretty sure that means my body isn’t breaking stuff down appropriately. I shouldn’t literally be falling asleep at my desk because I had a big lunch, should I?
