Uh oh folks.
I think I’m in the midst of an existential crisis. Or on the verge of a quarter life crisis.
Or MAYBE I’ve been sitting alone with my thoughts since 9:40 this morning?

I have concluded that the chronic pain in my left flank is my kidney failing. NBD.
